I was expecting a lot better. I had to wait in a long queue, which made it even more disappointing when the cake turned out dry and the pastries were just okay. Everything tasted a bit stale and way too sweet for my liking.

I reached out for help and got a quick reply, which was really nice. They sorted out my issue without any hassle, so overall I’m happy with the support.

I ordered from bittersweetpastry.com for a small family breakfast, everything showed up fresh, which is apparently not something you can always count on these days. The croissants were soft and flaky instead of dry and sad, so that was a nice little surprise.

The flavor was probably the best part. Not overly sweet, just balanced, like someone actually tasted them before selling them. The chocolate one was my favorite, and the ordering process was simple enough that I didn’t have to regret my choices halfway through. I’d definitely order again

I placed a custom cake order and, they really nailed it. They got all the details right, even the little color changes I asked for, which I really appreciated. Pickup was super easy too. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out and, yeah, I’d definitely order from them again
